My wife and I were looking for a sofa for our newly renovated basement. We visited half a dozen stores. The experience was becoming unpleasant because of the amount of time spent and the lack of results. Then, we visited Novo Furniture. We walked the store and tried the sofas undisturbed. When we were ready we asked David dozen of questions ranging from fabrics, cushion firmness, custom size, leg colors, springs, etc. He answered them with easy and the confidence of somebody who knew what he was talking about. We didn’t buy it on our first visit. There were two sofas we liked and we couldn’t make up our minds. We left Novo Furniture well knowing we had found the place where we would eventually buy our sofa. That alone was pleasant enough to make our day. The next week my wife and I went back to the store and bought the Edan Sofa. Our couch was made to order locally and delivered ahead of schedule. The delivery guys were very polite and helpful. They even removed all the protective plastics and took them away. The cherry on top came in the form of a bottle on wine. A nice Shiraz from a local winery. Thanks David for an excellent service!!! Since David delivered the tables he had an idea of what our place looked like, so when we came back to look for a new chair and ottoman, David suggested the Brittney with a beautiful rust coloured fabric.
